Mrs. Ellen Kennedy is an emerging clarinet artist and instructor in the Denver area. She has a passion for expression through music making and loves connecting with individuals and communities artistically.

Kennedy holds two clarinet performance degrees from The University of Texas at Austin (B.M. 2015) and The University of Colorado at Boulder (M.M. 2019). She has primarily studied with Daniel Silver, Nathan Williams, and Nancy Angerstein.

A native Texan, Ellen now lives in Aurora, CO with her husband, French hornist Jeffrey Kennedy, and their two kittens, Meeko and Remy. Ellen is also an ardent bird watcher and musical theatre fan. She has a knack for baking sweets and has recently picked up tap dance.
