Mrs. Ellen Kennedy is an emerging clarinet artist and instructor in the Boulder/Denver area. She has a passion for expression through music making and loves connecting with individuals and communities artistically.
Kennedy holds two clarinet performance degrees from The University of Texas at Austin (B.M. 2015) and The University of Colorado at Boulder (M.M. 2019). She has primarily studied with Daniel Silver, Nathan Williams, and Nancy Angerstein.
A native Texan, Ellen and her husband, French hornist Jeffrey Kennedy, live in Aurora, CO. Ellen is also an ardent bird watcher and musical theatre fan. She has a knack for baking sweets and has recently picked up tap dance.
